“Young Aggressive Aspect”
Contemporary Art Exhibition at Galaxy Countach
“Young Aggressive Aspect”

nikepolitics

As the project exhibition curated by Emiko Kato, “Young Aggressive Aspect” is held at the art bar ‘Galaxy Countach’ (the owner, Toshiki Yagisawa) in Shinjuku, every two month in August, October, and December.
In this exhibition, three emerging artists were born after 1975 who intend to indicate the next generation, and remarkably progress with aggressive approaches from the outside of the market principle. The peculiar essences as artists’ liberal motivation are added with skeptical resistant pungency and innocence in urban lives for their creation. And they make use of various languages such as conceptual, action, performance, and process work, etc.
Therefore, they sincerely incline their mind to explore the reality of art, and then their struggling thoughts on this situation might be provoked into encouraging aggressiveness effectively.
We are pleased that you could see the exceptional stimulating art, in which the surface of art value would be broken through, and opposed against the trend on the globalisation of art standard in the world with accelerating speed.
